When you drop your vehicle off for repairs, we take your e-mail address. All you need to do is get online...it's that simple!
An e-mail is automatically sent to you every time your vehicle moves to a new step in our repair process. You can also click on the link above and go through a few easy steps to see where your vehicle is and when it is expected to be complete! And if you need to get a specific question answered, that's easy, too. Our system allows you to send an e-mail to your job-file manager from the very same site.


Repair Steps
1. When vehicle is dropped off it gets in line for check-in and pre-wash.
2. Vehicle enters X-RAY department. Vehicle goes through several steps here...
-Technicians perform a meticulous disassembly.
-If an estimate was written by the insurance company we will address hidden damage or additional required repair time.
-If estimate was not written by insurance company we will write one at this time.
-Damage is "mapped" (written on vehicle).
-Search for required replacement parts. Verify price information and place order.
-If additional parts and time are necessary a supplement is presented to the insurance company.
-When authorization from insurance company is obtained and all parts arrive, vehicle is put into production.
3. Vehicle repairs begin in the body department. This is where frame-straightening, body pulls, panel repair and replacement, etc., take place.
4. Vehicle is then taken to the paint department. Vehicle is prepped and then refinishing process takes place.
5. When refinish has cured, vehicle moves to the reassembly area to be put back together.
6. At this point, any necessary mechanical work, clear bra replacement, glass installation and painted stripes, etc., take place.
7. Vehicle is then moved to the detail department where it is cleaned and inspected for quality.
8. Insurance company is contacted for final payment arrangements as necessary.
9. Customer is contacted to give information of ready status and a time is agreed upon for delivery.
10. At delivery, file handler goes over repair at vehicle with customer and final paperwork is handled.
