On a daily basis I received updates on the status of the repair; a couple times by phone but several times via e-mail. Shelley was great and answered all of my questions and handled all insurance issues without bothering me during my busy work schedule. The date I was given for completion of repair was the date it was ready.

When I arrived to pick up my truck, I was amazed at the quality of the repair. There were no obvious areas of repair work! There was not a single flaw. When I hopped in my truck to leave I was equally impressed at the quality of the detail. My truck looks like it did the day I drove it off the dealer’s lot back in 2006. No one looks forward to an accident, but I do look forward to referring your company to anyone that I know looking for the best auto body repair shop in town!
